Michael T. Williams is the managing partner at Dreyfuss Williams where he focuses on the representation of health care providers in pursuing reimbursement from E.R.I.S.A. Qualified Health Plans (both self-insured and fully insured plans), health insurance carriers, automobile carriers, workers compensation carriers, and Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P) carriers.  His experience includes both litigation and arbitration of individual and provider healthcare disputes.  Michael has reviewed thousands of health insurance policies (Group and Non-Group plans) over the course of his career. He also represents individuals in E.R.I.S.A. matters including: claims for benefits; disability claims; and COBRA claims.
