Yuri Venters' practice focuses on healthcare compliance and litigation. He counsels providers with regard to health care law, trends, contracts, and agency regulations. As a health care attorney, Mr. Venters represents clients in matters that involve Medicaid & Medicare reimbursement, audits, overpayments, HIPAA, and exclusions from health care programs. Throughout his career, Mr. Venters has managed all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Additionally, Mr. Venters worked with government task force teams to protect the integrity of Medicaid programs. Prior to joining Dreyfuss Williams, Mr. Venters served as a state prosecutor in Ohio and Texas. In Texas, Mr. Venters received distinction as the "Assistant Attorney General of the Year".
