Ann M. Klein Ann M. Klein is a Senior Associate with the law firm of Dreyfuss Williams & Associates Co., L.P.A., where her practice focuses on health benefit recoveries for medical providers dealing with such issues as pre-existing conditions and medical necessity. Her current area of concentration addresses reimbursement issues involving ERISA plans, prisoner bills, and Medicaid, including out-of-state Medicaid payers. Prior to joining the Dreyfuss Williams firm, Ms. Kleinís legal practice encompassed Plaintiffís personal injury claims, including auto-accidents and premises liability. Ms. Kleinís past nursing experience of 17 years, in such areas as: Neo-Natal ICU, Pediatrics, Adult Coronary and post-open heart, gives her a unique perspective in resolving third-party payment recovery issues. Ms. Klein received her R.N. in 1980, from St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, her B.S.N. in 1989, from Mercy College in Detroit, Michigan, and her J.D. in 1994, from the University of Toledo. Ms. Klein is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and admitted to practice before the Courts of Ohio, the Federal Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Klein is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan and Toledo Bar Associations, the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and Sigma-Theta-Tau, a nursing honor society.
