Daniel W. Dreyfuss
Daniel Dreyfuss is the founder and managing partner of Dreyfuss Williams & Associates. Under his direction, the law
firm has expanded representation to include hospitals in Ohio, Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dreyfuss concentrates in the area of third party payer (provider contract) and ERISA litigation, handling both arbitration
and courtroom litigation, Mr. Dreyfuss handles disputes involving individual claims as well as multiple claim disputes. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of General
Studies, and from the Ohio State University College of Law. Mr. Dreyfuss is licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is a member
of the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, their Healthcare Law Sections, the Ohio State and
Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
